The "Hold Check" is a check written to Chris Conner for $120 (event entry amount). This check is held by elevation until the end of the season. This check permits immediate entry into the event without sending an individual check for each event. Address to be sent in the response email.
Include captain or coach if he or she will be a participant. Registration will be complete only when individual player waivers have been turn in. Player waivers may be turned in the morning of the event.
